Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, phone number, and Google or Apple account identifier when you choose one of those sign-in methods.
- Listing data: property details, photos, location information, price, and the WhatsApp contact number you publish with a listing.
- Security and technical data: IP address, user agent, sign-in attempts, and session activity used to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
How we use your data
- To create and manage your account, publish and display listings, and operate the platform.
- To let interested users contact a listing owner through the contact details the owner chooses to publish.
- To secure the service, detect abuse or fraud, enforce our rules, and respond to support requests.
When data is shared
- Listing information and the contact details included in a listing are visible to visitors of the platform.
- We use service providers to operate functions such as authentication, email delivery, image storage, and hosting. They may process data only as needed to provide those services.
How long we keep data
- We keep account and security information while your account is active, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention needs.
- Listings remain public for 14 days, are hidden when expired, and are automatically deleted after 42 days unless renewed.
- Unverified email sign-up information is retained only until the verification code expires or is used.
Your choices and rights
- You may update your profile information in your account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, contact us using the Contact us page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Account creation and consent
- When you create an account, we ask for your express acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. An account is not created until this acceptance is confirmed.
